Amany AKL

Research Associate

Dr. Amany Akl is experienced in Operations Research. Her research interests cover operations research, decision support, simulation-optimization, evolutionary computaion, machine learning, development of optimization models such as those of cybersecurity and power systems. She has a solid background and long-established experience and capability of building mathematical and statistical models and developing software programs for such systems. She has 7 years of professional experience as an Assistant Lecturer, a Research Assistant in the Centre of Excellence in Data Mining and Computer Modeling (CoE), Cairo University, PhD researcher, and currrently Research Associate at the Capability Sytems Centre, SEIT, UNSW at ADFA.
