The Economic and Labour Relations Review
The Economic and Labour Relations Review (ELRR) is a double-blind, peer-reviewed journal that brings together research in economics and labour relations. Its multi-disciplinary approach encourages articles that critically assess dominant orthodoxies and alternative models to facilitate informed debate.
We particularly welcome submissions that adopt a post-Keynesian or heterodox approach to economics or that and explore equality or justice-based approaches to labour relations and social policy.
Production of ELRR is supported by the Industrial Relations Research Group (IRRG) within the School of Business, UNSW Canberra and housed within the UNSW Business School, Sydney. Between 2012 and December 2022, its publisher was SAGE Publications. From March 2023 to December 2027, its publisher will be Cambridge University Press.
ELRR's 2022 Journal Impact Factor is 2.500, resulting in a Clarivate ranking of 15/30 among Industrial Relations & Labour journals and 154/379 among Economics journals. Its 2022 Scopus CiteScore is 3.2000, resulting in an Elsevier ranking of 60/200 in Organizational Behaviour/Human Resource Management and 167/661 in Economics and Econometrics. Its current SNIP metric is 1.101.
