There are 5 pathways for determining your eligibility for a postgraduate program.
To gain entry into a UNSW Canberra postgraduate program, an applicant must meet one of the following entry requirements:

Completion of a Bachelor degree with honours in the same or a related discipline from a recognised institution; or

Completion of a Graduate Diploma or Graduate Certificate in the same or a related discipline from a recognised institution; or
-
Completion of a Bachelor degree in the same or a related discipline* from a recognised institution; and completion of at least three years relevant full-time professional experience; or
-
Completion of a Bachelor degree in a non-related discipline; and completion of at least four years relevant full-time professional experience; or
-
Evidence of other qualifications and professional experience to be assessed as acceptable grounds for admission into the program by the relevant Program Authority.
In certain circumstances, students may be required to undertake and successfully complete a relevant non-award course as a condition for admission into the program. This non-award course may also be credited towards the program upon admission.
Our programs are delivered 100% online. There may be opportunity to study some electives in an in-person intensive mode, however this will depend on the evolving covid situation.
Yes, you are able to study this program part-time. You can decide how many courses you want to do each semester. Four courses each semester will take 1 year, you can also study 1-2 courses, which would take 2+ years. You can also change your load intensity each semester if things change.
The program fees are charged on a per Unit of Credit (UOC) basis. More information on this is outlined on the handbook page for each program.
You will only be charged for the courses once you have enrolled in them, so there may be some slight variances for courses completed in later semesters should the fees change from the current rates.
