Paul Gillen has degrees in Anthropology and Philosophy from Sydney and Macquarie Universities. He has published on a wide wide range of topics, including the sociology of religion, political rhetoric, colonialism, and Australian history, and literature. He is currently undertaking doctoral research on the Australian author and polymath Jack Lindsay.
