In-house delivery

UNSW Canberra Professional Education Courses may be available for in-house delivery at your organisation's premises. In-house courses allow maximum attendance without the additional travel costs. Courses can be developed to suit the specific staff development and training needs of your organisation. Recommended for groups of 10 or more.

The organisational structure is one of the most important factors in the organisations productivity and success. However, this importance is not well understood in most of the Australian governmental and non-governmental organisations. By the end of this course, through several highly engaging workshops, participants will be able to demonstrate the importance of the business architecture. Participants will also have a good understanding of the steps involved in business transformation and building an agile and productive process structure.

The following questions are addressed in this course:

  1. What are the different types of work arrangements and organisational structures?
  2. What type of business structure is more productive?
  3. What are the existing business transformation methodologies and why most of the transformation projects fail?
  4. What are the required steps for a successful business transformation and process architecture?
