James Heriot Duke (Jas H Duke) was an Australian poet and anarchist. He was influenced by Dada, Expressionism and experimental movements and was a significant figure in the Melbourne poetry scene from the 1970s until his sudden death in 1992.

The Archduke series of zines was mostly published during his time in England (1968-72), although the fourth issue, Archduke: Special Atlantis Issue was produced between 1973-4, after his return to Australia.

A performance poet, he published an audio cassette, The Best of Jas H Duke (1989). An anthology of his written material, including the Concrete Poems, was published as Poems of War and Peace (1987) by Collective Effort Press.
