Study Civil Engineering at UNSW Canberra
A UNSW Canberra Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours) is a four-year full-time degree with an in-built Honours research project. Through practical and industry experiences, you’ll develop the ability to plan, design, and test structures within the built and natural environments. If you are passionate about leading the development of crucial modern infrastructure, a degree in civil engineering could be an exciting way for you to launch into a fulfilling career.
Once you master the fundamentals, you’ll have the opportunity to pursue the areas of civil engineering that interest you. You’ll complete a 60-day internship with an engineering company so you can see first-hand how a professional civil engineer solves real-world problems.
You’ll also work with one of our world-class academics to design and complete your very own research project. Make an original contribution to the field of civil engineering and put into practice the skills and knowledge you’ve developed throughout your degree.
