I am an HR practitioner / CEO turned academic. I draw upon my professional experience in people management to inform my research and increase the relevance and robustness of it. I am a mixed-methods researcher and my research is focused on how to enhance employee outcomes, with my research to date focusing on employee engagement, employee well-being, the future of work, HR practices and different demographic groups.

I also facilitate workshops on Adaptive Leadership. Read more about this here: https://www.unsw.edu.au/business/our-schools/agsm/learn-with-us/academy-of-adaptive-leadership
